As a reminder, the City of Benicia has regulations regarding dog in parks and on/off-leash. We want to thank the community for helping to keep Benicia dog friendly. We have a digital "Dogs in Parks" brochure with all the regulations, off-leash locations, and Phenix Dog Park rules availble at www.ci.benicia.ca.us/parks
